Lights, Camera, Action!

Here at gosh pr HQ we are in the midst of one of most exciting social media campaigns to date. We’ve teamed up with The Sun newspaper to offer one lucky family the chance to win a ‘Money Can’t Buy’ holiday of a lifetime to Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. It’s only our second week running and the entries are streaming in!

Summer Savings on Golf Getaways to the Gulf Coast of Florida!

Get into the swing of it at some of America’s Top Golf Courses in Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key this summer, and make the most of the warm weather, smaller crowds on the courses and summer savings on golf fees. Choose from 20 championship courses within 30 minutes from accommodation ranging from pristine semi-private courses to challenging courses such as Waterlefe Golf and River Club. Between June and September at the Legacy Golf Club, the rate drops from £32 to £20 before 1pm, including golf and cart fee. Waterlefe Golf and River Club is just £26 after 2pm during May to September including cart and course fee, dropping from £32.

Sarasota and Bradenton Beaches are Oil Free and Open!

With the oil spill dominating the news at the moment, it seems that a lot of the media coverage is portraying conflicting views on how this is affecting the beaches of Florida. After speaking to our client in Florida yesterday, we have it from the horse’s mouth that the beaches of Sarasota and Bradenton are very much open and oil free. The hotels are also full of tourists and most are actually fully booked. There are also plenty of other things to do in the area aside from the beaches, including trolley hopping your way up and down Anna Maria Island, kayaking along Myakka River, playing golf at one of the 20 Championship golf courses or sampling the many cultural activities including the Opera, Ballet and Art walks.

Here at gosh pr, we’re strong believers in a news delivery revolution, with the iPad marking the first steps.
